Our fix-and-flip financing can help you maximize leverage and cash flow. We can lend off of the After Repair Value (A.R.V) or Future Value of the property. Maximum loan to value (LTV) up to 65% for seasoned investors with a track record of successful investments, which can include cash out for estimated repairs, holding costs, etc. We do partial releases on cross-collateralized loans or projects with more than one unit (i.e., duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes).
There is no limit on the number of fix and flip loans an investor can have out at one time, nor on the number of investment properties already owned by the investor if strong compensating factors are present. Properties may be titled in entities, such as limited liability companies (LLC’s), corporations, or partnerships. Investor must personally guarantee all loans, regardless of title vesting.
