Hanover Mortgage Company is a private money lending company and trust deed investment firm located in Orange County, California. Founded in 1991, our services include originating, underwriting, funding and servicing of private trust deed transactions in the state of California.

 
   

We specialize in equity based mortgage loans providing fast, flexible and competitive financing alternatives for borrowers or properties that do not meet conventional underwriting guidelines.

As a Trust Deed Investment Company (TDIC), we present quality Trust Deed Investments which offer a stable yield, lower downside risk, and a solid exit strategy.

Our commitment is to deliver creative loan programs to our borrower clients and well secured trust deed investments to our investor clients.
