As founder and principal of Hanover Mortgage Company, G. David Lapin’s experience encompasses twenty-five years of practice in commercial real estate development, construction, investment brokering, property management, and lending, with twenty years direct experience in residential mortgage banking and brokerage.

With a strong knowledge of real estate finance and having sat on all sides of the negotiating table, Mr. Lapin understands the intricacies of real estate and mortgage transactions and has created the Hanover vision to service Californians real estate financing and investment needs.

G. David Lapin has forged his diverse background into a solid foundation for the firm’s helm. He is a speaker & contributor of articles to the mortgage industry and is committed to assisting and educating all parties to the transaction to help them make an informed decision.

Lapin lives in Orange County, California with his wife, Jo-Ann and their two children. He is an alumnus of California State University (Fullerton), with concentrated study in the areas of real estate and finance. He also earned an Associate of Arts degree in economics from Irvine Valley College and conducted a portion of his studies at the Sorbonne in Paris, France.
