No History, No Risk
As a Trust Deed investor who chooses HanoverMC to facilitate the process, you will be funding a new loan that has no previous history, unlike discount notes. No previous history also means that there are no risks that are associated with discount notes, and no hidden problems that may rear their ugly heads when you least expect it. With HanoverMC Trust Deed investments, you are the original investor. The bottom line, you are in control.
In Your Name, and In Your Possession
As the original investor of a new loan, you will be named on all documents, including the new Trust Deed and new promissory note. Likewise, you will also be named on the hazard insurance as the payee and beneficiary on the ALTA title policy. This empowers you to select the vesting method on the title recorded at the closing of the loan. You also receive the original Trust Deed and promissory note - all in your name. In addition, you will receive a current appraisal, title report and all documents related to your investment, including all legally required disclosures signed by the borrower.
You're Involvement, Beginning to End
As the original investor, you will also interface directly with all parties involved in the new loan origination. Our professional staff will provide you all the necessary information related to your loan, from the very beginning to the end of the loan, and every step in between - ensuring a safe and secure investment.
