Publishing, Posting & Sale Service

FCI has chosen to directly handle this area to gain better control, reduce the potential for error, and have greater flexibility to meet specific client needs.

Bankruptcy

The typical Bankruptcy Department is a processing factory with one attorney trying to oversee many clerical personnel. The typical Law Firm is completely outside any default company or lender, automatically filing motions, and focusing on its own fee income.

Our approach at FCI is quite different from this. We have an affiliated, on site, law firm that works closely with our default personnel to protect your interests. Every file, California or National, is processed by an experienced bankruptcy attorney.

As former in-house counsel to one of the largest lenders, our attorneys are familiar with the essential goals of the financial institution. We do not pursue bankruptcy relief unless they are justified by a cost-benefit analysis.

The attorneys are skilled at dealing with bad faith maneuvering, and know the characteristics of each bankruptcy district and tendencies of the judges.

The on site attorneys directly process California Bankruptcies and manage National Bankruptcies using our network of attorneys. This gives you one point of contact for quick, decisive and intelligent action.
