The typical Bankruptcy Department is a processing factory with one attorney trying to oversee many clerical personnel. The typical Law Firm is completely outside any default company or lender, automatically filing motions, and focusing on its own fee income.
Our approach at FCI is quite different from this. We have an affiliated, on site, law firm that works closely with our default personnel to protect your interests. Every file, California or National, is processed by an experienced bankruptcy attorney.
As former in-house counsel to one of the largest lenders, our attorneys are familiar with the essential goals of the financial institution. We do not pursue bankruptcy relief unless they are justified by a cost-benefit analysis.
