HanoverMC is a Trust Deed Investment Company fully licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and raises capital for Trust Deed funding from private sources such as individuals, pension funds, IRAs, and Keoghs, as well as other entities as opposed to institutional sources such as banks and savings & loans.

Our trust deed investment opportunities are focused on new originations with short or mid-range investment horizons (3-36 months) secured by real property, primarily in first position that typically possess in excess of 30% protective equity earning between 9%-12% APY (annual percentage yield) interest returns (plus pre-payment penalty, when applicable) depending on property type, use, and applicable laws. Higher returns are available on 2nd or 3rd Trust Deeds earning between 14%-21% APY.

We specialize in opportunistic transactions needing short term, equity based, fast response capital to allow the positioning or repositioning of a project for conventional long term financing as well as "plain vanilla" type transactions such as equity loans to borrowers from different economic backgrounds and with many different goals that must work outside the conventional banking system. There are numerous scenarios and reasons for our borrower clients need for private money.
